Must fulfill all 3
  • >6 months since 1st shift
  • >2880 orders delivered
  • Did not replace for free in the previous quarter 

HOW | Process to Replace
  • BRING YOUR OLD BACKPACK
  • Show In-app Message / Push Notification received
  • Show Shopify order page
Shopify order page should show rider_id in last_name

Not eligible for a free replacement? You can still get a new backpack @ 50% discount! Reach out to us @ xx and we will advise you on the next steps.
